Alf Brustellin

Alf Brustellin was a German director, screenwriter, cinematographer, and actor associated with the New German Cinema movement. Born in 1940, he collaborated frequently with filmmaker Bernhard Sinkel on politically engaged dramas that examined contemporary German society. Among his best-known works are Berlinger and Germany in Autumn. He directed six films between 1972 and 1979.
