Ken Hannam

Ken Hannam (1929–2004) was an Australian film and television director known for his contributions to the Australian New Wave cinema movement. After working extensively in television (in English television in the 1960's), he directed acclaimed films including Sunday Too Far Away (1975) and Break of Day (1976), often focusing on rural life, working-class communities, and Australian identity. He died on November 16, 2004 in London, England, UK.
